Payments that are paid in full at time of order will be shipped out within 2 weeks. If arrangements first half of your total amount due is required when the order is placed, and the balance is due prior to shipment unless alternative terms have been approved in writing.

We accept all major credit cards, check, PayPal, or other non-credit-card payment methods as agreed upon at invoicing.

Most wholesale orders are made to order. Estimated ship dates will be communicated at the time of invoice and are subject to change based on production volume. Orders will ship once payment has been received in full.

Because wholesale orders are produced specifically for each retailer, orders may not be canceled or modified once production has begun.

However, please reach out to us if you need to change anything, and if production has not been started, we will do our best to work with you.

All wholesale sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery so we can make it right.

All goods remain the property of National Parks and Beyond until payment is received in full.
